Production takes up to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

Once the order has been shipped, delivery times are:

• Italy: Posta1 3–5 working days (tracking only upon delivery) or BRT 24–48 hours with full tracking.
  
• Europe: DPD Express 2–3 working days transit.

We recommend installing at an ambient temperature between 15°C and 25°C .

Too low temperatures can reduce the adhesion of the film or gel, while excessive heat can make the material too soft.

If you need to install in winter, we suggest you:

• work in a closed or heated environment,
  
• heat the surface slightly with a hair dryer,
  
• make sure the car is perfectly dry.
  

Under the right conditions, the application is much easier and more long-lasting.

If the adhesive is having trouble sticking, in most cases the problem is related to the surface or temperature.

We recommend that you check these points:

• Cleaning: Make sure the area has been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and is completely dry.
  
• Temperature: The product adheres properly between 15°C and 25°C . If it's cold, warm the area slightly with a hair dryer.
  
• Pressure: Apply even pressure, using a soft spatula.
  
• Waxed or treated surface: If the car has waxes or sealants, adhesion may be reduced. Clean thoroughly before application.
