1. Object of the service
The “Bcustom Pass” is an annual subscription that offers discounted shipping on orders placed on the bcustom.it website for the entire duration of the subscription.
2. Benefits included

Free shipping on orders over €39.95 (total products, excluding discounts and promotional codes).

EXPRESS production in 4 working days ( Standard 10 days )
3. Duration and renewal

The subscription lasts 12 months from the activation date.

It does not renew automatically. Upon expiration, the user can choose whether or not to renew.
4. Limitations

Valid for shipments throughout Europe .

For small packages, the Economy shipping service without tracking can be used.

Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers that already include free shipping.

Not applicable to special or customized shipments (e.g. oversized packaging, insured shipments upon request).
5. How to use it

To enjoy the benefits, the user must be logged in with the account associated with the subscription.

Once you have purchased the “Bcustom Pass”, you will receive a personal discount code via email within 1 hour . Use this code at checkout to take advantage of the discounted shipping rates.

The discount code is valid only if used with the email address associated with the subscription order and is not transferable to other users.

The shipping discount is applied automatically based on the thresholds indicated in point 2.
6. Right of withdrawal

The subscription is non-refundable , even in case of non-use, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of purchase, only if no order has been placed using the service .
7. Changes to the Service
Bcustom Design reserves the right to modify the terms of service for organizational reasons or force majeure, after notifying members via email.
8. Acceptance of the conditions
The purchase of the “Bcustom Pass” implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
