The website will always be active and it will be possible to place orders normally. Orders received during the indicated period will be queued and processed when activities resume, following the chronological order of arrival.

All orders placed during the closing period will be regularly recorded and placed in the production queue. Processing times will start from the resumption of activities, not from the purchase date.
Customer support
Customer support will always be active, but there may be some delays in response times. We will respond to all requests as soon as possible, prioritizing orders already placed and urgent requests.
